 Props:

For our music video, we will be doing Our song by Taylor Swift, so the props we will be using for this music video will be a golf cart, a phone, and someone's bedroom window.

Costumes:

We decided that only one of us will be an actor in this music video. For costumes, because this is a country song, our actors will be wearing country like clothes. Such as bell-bottoms jeans, cowboy hat, boots, and a flannel. Our other actor, which isn't any of us, will also wear something related to country wear such as a flannel. 

Schedule:

11/14/22: started research blog and finished research blog. 

11/17/22: storyboard will be done

12/2/22: we will begin to film and will do our first production blog.

12/3/22: we will continue filming.

12/10/22: we will hopefully be finished with filming. 

12/11/22: we will begin editing the blog.

12/15/22: Hopefully editing will be done by then 

Location list:

for this music video, our locations will vary because we will be on a golf cart.  We would have tracking shots where the person in the golf cart is driving so we don't know exactly where we will be. We would start on the golf cart, driving and we would basically do what the lyrics are saying. Two of the actors will be on the golf cart with some of the props and that would be our first "location." We don't know where on the street we would be so there isn't really a set location for these scenes. Our second location would most likely be in a bedroom by a window or if not then in a living area. 

Back up-plans:

If for any reason i cannot be there or have something very important to do then we would just have to reschedule the days. We would be filming at my house so if i'm not available then we can't. I'm also one of the actors in our music video so if i'm not there than we would for sure need to reschedule. However, if onara is absent for any reason then our group might be able to still film and continue. I would just have to find someone to film for the actors on that day. If for any reason it is raining on the day we are filming outside then we would also have to reschedule because none of us want to get sick for the sake of filming.

 As we know from last project and this one, onara is the editor and camera woman while i’m the actor and idea person. With our final task coming up we have both realized that i’m going to need to learn editing. This is because the video will be longer than anyone we’ve ever done, which will make it trickier for onara to edit. Longer clips to edit, longer clips to film, transition etc. So i decided that i would be with onara while she edits this time. This is so in the future i know how to help her and i can learn by watching her. What we did is for the first part of editing which was cutting the scenes. Basically just cutting the scenes to be shorter so we didn’t take as much time in the video. This was easily done on the iPhone just by clicking edit on the camera app. Then she started putting the clips together. She put the clips together with an app called cap cut.   I chose onara to work with for many reasons. The first reason is i see her almost everyday afterschool for volleyball. So i would be able to shoot with her after volleyball or before outside of school. Secondly, Our parents are friends. They trust that we will be both safe in either of there hands. If i had a partner whos family i didn't know, my parents wouldn't be to comfortable leaving me in their care. Another reason why i chose her is because she's good at finding the needed and correct research. If we need to find something ASAP she is able to quickly find it. She also is a good value to the project because she knows how to shoot. What i mean is she knows how to recognize angles and shoot them clearly. What i can bring to the table is resources. We have already thought about our commercial and what we were thinking i can provide the resources we need for it. Such as the props needed and the transport needed to go where we need for shooting.
